Flex EveryBODY - Designed to be adaptable for ALL BODIES and those with limited mobility. This is a flexibility class that focuses on basic moves to help one develop flexibility and inner stillness to maintain peace of mind in your daily life. Regular classes have shown an increase in flexibility, range of motion and ease of pain from previous injuries. This is the perfect class for those just starting out and who would like to stretch things out slowly and with ease.

Flex Therapy - This class is available via private appointment only. 

Flex Therapy teaches the basics of Flex for those who my be healing from previous injury and is inspired by the style of Yoga Therapy. This class is a mix of Low Intensity and Intermediate skill sets and includes props.
